Brewery Brasserie d’Achouffe, Achouffe

Created by the brewery when it recognised the gathering pace with the popularity of IPAs, the Belgian interpretation of the Indian Pale Ale by Brasserie d’Achouffe was one the first in the country. With American hops in its recipe it is around 3 times bitterer than the original La Chouffe and just like it, is re-fermented in the bottle and barrel.
