Beavertown Brewery started life as part of a brew house in the kitchen of Duke’s in London but soon started to outgrow this space with an increase in popularity including their experimental “Alpha Series” of which they developed the pale ale which is now known as Gamma Ray. The name coming from the Creative Director Nick Dwyer, whose illustrations often included spacemen and lasers so they went with Gamma Ray along with his illustrations forming the design on the can.
